The subdivision plan is included in the Euganean Hills Park area.

The aforementioned subdivision plan (of 52,000 sq.m.) was entirely allocated by the company itself, which built all the urbanization works (primary and secondary) as per agreement with the Municipality of Abano Terme.

The newly completed building (December 2020) is located on lot 12 (see volumetric plan) and consists of 5 units for residential use, based on the building permit n.70 / 2018 of the municipality of Abano Terme.

It was built in energy class A4, with types and characteristics similar to the building located on lots 10-11, and consists of 5 units for residential use:
• 2 units on the ground floor of approx. 90 walkable, with an exclusive outdoor area of approx. 140 (complete with garage).
• 2 units on the first floor of approx. 135 walkable, with terraces and loggias for a total of approx. 50 (complete with garage and parking space).
• n.1 penthouse on the second floor of over sqm. 165, with terraces and loggias for a total of approx. 135 (complete with double garage).

The building (see brochure lot 12 and related technical descriptive specifications) is built in energy class A4.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING:
